Apparently, Jersey peaches are a thing, they have a season, and said season has arrived. To celebrate, New Jersey chef Anthony Marino, in conjunction with the start of the Gloucester County 4-H Fair and Peach Festival, will be giving away FREE slices of peach pizza at his restaurant this Thursday, July 26th.
Chef Marino?s peaches come from Holtzhauser Farms and Grasso Farms, located a few miles from Marino?s in Mullica Hill, NJ, and additional pizza ingredients include freshly sliced speck ham, Brie, lemon-herb vinaigrette, fresh basil and local honey. Feeling less skeptical? We thought so.
